Debra Robinson - Project Manager
As project manager of ROYAL, Debra ensures a smooth flowing operation. From grant writing to attending court dates with client's, to supervising staff and mentoring former clients of ROYAL, she can be seen working at all levels of the project demonstrating her versatility.
With Debra's ease, yet straightforward leadership style, ROYAL has flourished in the last few years, evidenced by an evaluation done by Davis Ja and Associates, an outside firm located in San Francisco, CA.
Keeping ROYAL's vision in mind, she coordinated a major strategic planning session involving staff, legal professionals, social service providers, and the community. Working with limited resources and bringing people together has become second nature for her. She is currently making plans to involve our greater community in volunteer opportunities and coordinate more services for our clients partnering with other community providers, including JRA.
At ROYAL, leadership is defined by more than just setting an example. One must live it - not just put on a show, and Debra embodies that philosophy.
Debra has been involved with ROYAL for the past 10 years in almost every capacity. As the future of ROYAL's expansion comes closer to fruition, Debra's guidance and experience are a necessary ingredient to future success.

Stephanie Sellers - Project Technician
Stephanie is ROYAL's Project Technician. Stephanie's role is to take care of all the details when it comes to supporting staff and clients. She is the glue that holds the project together to enable it to run seamlessly.
Since Stephanie is the primary screener of new clients into the project, she helps set the tone of their overall experience. First impressions are critical when working with youth who may not trust a complete stranger, and Stephanie is completely aware of that. She has a way to help young people feel at ease, while 'keeping it real' at the same time.
Her ability to build rapport and trust with youth is uncanny, and her honesty and candid manner are refreshing to all who interact with her. Stephanie is determined to advocate for youth who have the odds stacked against them, and her caring attitude is genuinely received by all the youth we serve.
Stephanie, along with Project Manager Debra Robinson, form the major marketing arm of ROYAL and continue to keep the project's progress and accomplishments in the public eye.

Paul Campillo - Design Engineer/Life Coach
As Design Engineer and Life Coach, Paul Campillo is able to express his creativity in different ways. As part of ROYAL staff since 1999, Paul has developed and grown tremendously while watching the project evolve into an effective entity of change.
A one-man research and development department, Paul is constantly looking for the best ideas to implement into the project to keep it fresh. Innovation is encouraged, however beneficial results are mandatory, and he works hard on the curriculum and marketing materials with this in mind.
When Paul has his life coaching hat on, he becomes determined to help every client overcome their individual barriers to their own goals. Using visual, auditory, and kinesthetic aides, story telling, and questions, he utilizes everything at his disposal to bring awareness to a youth's situation.
Currently, he is working on helping clients create alternate sources of income using the internet and good marketing strategies. First and foremost a learner, Paul's style of interaction makes him a natural teacher.

Aisha Newchurch - Case Strategist
Aisha Newchurch is one of our Case Strategists for the Renton, Kent, Tukwila, and SeaTac areas. Aisha brings a unique blend of education and experience working with youth and families.
Born and raised in Washington, Aisha is the first member of her immediate family to earn any type of post high school degree, and has earned an AA in Criminal Justice and a BA in Liberal Arts. As a team member of ROYAL, Aisha has displayed a professionalism, and has shown herself to be a fiery advocate for our youth.
Overcoming personal and professional obstacles to get to where she is now, Aisha persists through challenging times and shares her lessons with our clients. Again, going beyond example and living her life in such a way that demonstrates her love of this work has made her invaluable to ROYAL.
If it needs to get done, regardless of the circumstances, Aisha is the one to see it through.

Porcia Beard - Case Strategist
Porcia Beard is our Case Strategist for the greater Seattle area. Porcia has been serving the Seattle community for over a decade and has been working with ROYAL for the past 3 years.
Porcia's strength is networking. She knows everyone, and that becomes critical knowledge when our youth are in a crisis situation. This network provides her with key information and resources available for our clients. Porcia takes the time to gather ideas and form the best course of action to take on behalf of our youth.
If connecting is her primary skill, youth involved in gangs is her specialty. Porcia wants nothing more than to impact the number of youth directly involved in gangs by giving them alternatives to that particular lifestyle. She has witnessed first hand the lives lost to gang life, and is working on a plan to shift into a more positive direction for our society.
Porcia understands the work that's still ahead. The community has always been important to her, and she has committed to making the world a better place for all.

Lavell Frost - Life Coach
Lavell Frost is the newest member to our ROYAL team. More to come on Lavell shortly...
